The Seattle Mariners move on to the ALDS after beating the Toronto Blue Jays in Toronto on Saturday afternoon winning their 2nd straight game in a historic Game 2 of the Wild Card Series. The Mariners were down 8-1 against the Blue Jays in the top of the 6th inning before a wild pitch was thrown by Tim Mayza of the Blue Jays which kick-started a 4-run inning for Seattle to make the score 8-5 Blue Jays.

In the top of the 8th inning, the bases were loaded for the Mariners and J.P. Crawford hit a blooper to center field causing two Toronto players (CF George Springer and SS Bo Bichette) to collide in a missed fly-ball attempt allowing 3 runs to score which tied the game 9-9.

Heading into the top of the 9th inning with the score still tied, Adam Frazier doubled to right field on his first pitch and Cal Raleigh scored putting the Mariners in the lead 10-9.

George Kirby (P) entered in the bottom of the 9th inning to close out the game for the Mariners and wrap-up one of the greatest comebacks in baseball history with a final score 10-9 for the Seattle win.
