Tonight's Game @ 8:20/7:20(c) on NBC
NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS (6-4) @ MINNESOTA VIKINGS (8-2)
MINNESOTA VIKINGS -2.5 O/U 42.5
Minnesota is coming off their worst game of the year losing 40-3 to the Dallas Cowboys at home this past Sunday. New England beat the Jets 10-7 at home in a snoozer. Sounds like a boring game is ahead in this one.
Not so fast as Corso would say...
This will be the game of the day. The Vikings need to bounce back after last week's embarrassment, and the Patriots need to stay near the top of the tight AFC East division.
Both teams will be in the playoff conversation throughout December and both teams can win their divisions, so plenty to play for here. The Vikings have put up at least 20 points in 7 of their games and the Patriots have put up at least 20 points in 6 of their games this year, so this could be a close game with some action.
MINNESOTA VIKINGS 8-2
NFC NORTH
After a Week 2 loss to the Philadelphia Eagles, the Vikings won 7 games in a row until meeting up with Dallas Cowboys last Sunday. The Cowboys embarrassed the Vikings Defense winning 40-3 in their worst game of the year. Minnesota is still leading the NFC North and they are up 4 games on the 2nd place Detroit Lions in the division. The Vikings hold the largest lead of any team within their own division.

QB Kirk Cousins has completed 63.4% of his passes for 2,461 yards, 8th best in the league. His top target is WR Justin Jefferson who has caught 72 passes and is currently ranked 4th in the league.
The Offensive Line has allowed 27 sacks this year.
Dalvin Cook is leading the Vikings out of the backfield, ranking 6th in the league with 799 rushing yards and 6 TDs on the ground.
The defense has 26 sacks on the year, 10 INTs, and 8 fumble recoveries. They are led by LB Jordan Hicks who has 83 tackles and S Harrison Smith who has 4 INTs out of the secondary.
NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS (6-4)
AFC EAST
The Patriots are arguably playing in the toughest division with only 1 game separating all 4 teams. The talk out of the East has been centered around Buffalo all year, but with December being the month of divisional games, every team has a shot at the division this season.
For 58 minutes last week the Patriots looked bad. The final 2 minutes, sensational, taking the 10-3 win at home. The Jets played terrible, and the Patriots played well enough in the division matchup.
QB Mac Jones leads the offense throwing for 1,386 yards on the year and a 68.7% completion rate.
RB Rhamondre Stevenson get the most touch out of the backfield and has 644 yards with a 4.5 yard per carry average.
WR Jacobi Meyers has 509 receiving yards and 3 TDs which leads the team.
LB Ja'Whaun Bentley leads the team with 64 tackles for the defense.
