Top NCAA College Football Games in Review

Another exciting weekend in the College Football World. Three unbeatens were defeated, Alabama makes a statement, and again there were some last second heroics on Saturday,

ALABAMA 30 - MISSISSIPPI STATE 6

All questions were answered in this one about the Tide. They still continue to run the West even after last week's loss.

This game was nowhere close to being a ball game and the Alabama Defense really stepped up even when the offense struggled. Saban usually makes a statement coming off a rare defeat, and Saturday was no different.

CLEMSON 27 - SYRACUSE 21

Early on, Syracuse looked really good being up on the Tigers the entire first half and looking unstoppable on offense, and they gave the Clemson offense fits all morning long.

Clemson benched the starting quarterback after a rough performance and the backup was brought in to lead the Tigers to the comeback win. To end the game, Syracuse was driving down the field and it looked like it was going to be a fantastic finish, but the Syracuse QB threw the ball right into double coverage as the ball was picked off to put the Tigers over the top. After the game, Dabo made it clear that D.J. Uiagalelei will still be their number one man moving forward. With this win, the Tigers now hold the longest streak of inner conference home wins in ACC play.

OKLAHOMA STATE 41 - TEXAS 34

This game was back and forth the whole way with many momentum swings along the way. Just when it looked like one team would pull away there would be a huge play from the opposing side. This one got chippy as things went on and you could tell each team equally wanted to win this one bad. Texas continued to find star RB Bijon Robinson, but it wasn't enough to put them over the top of the best defense in the Big 12, OSU.

OREGON 45 - UCLA 30

UCLA came in trying to prove themselves to the college football world again this week, trying to show they are capable of the playoffs and are going to be a force to be reckoned with down the stretch.

Since Oregon's Week 1 struggle against Georgia, they have not looked back and are starting to get huge looks again by the CFP world. Bo Nix was phenomenal on Saturday, throwing for 5 passing touchdowns on the day. The Ducks ultimately got up early and no matter what they did, it was just too much to come back for the Bruins all day.
