Training Programs we've created...
Most of our earlier projects centered around the need for someone to translate
all the "geek-speak" into plain old English for the many thousands
of non-technical folks buying computers and getting on the Internet.
The
first one was called "The Cookie-Cutter"
It
was a set of simple tutorials, explaining how the Internet worked, how
to use the basic tools for working online, as well as the fundamentals
of setting up an Internet business. The
site was password-protected... and access was only $20. In the three years
it ran, over 200,000 paid for access. Needless to say, it generated substantial
profits.
Our
second effort was a program called "NewbieGuide".
It
was a beefed up version of Cookie-Cutter. With a great deal more content...
as well as some pretty sophisticated programming that personalized the
site for each logged-in affiliate. That program ran for about 2 years,
until the system was completely destroyed by an out-of-country "hacker".
The
third affiliate program was a program called "Grow Your Net Worth".
In terms of content and programming, it pushed past NewbieGuide, but by
then, the Internet "gold rush" was over, and we were burnt out
from dealing with thousands of emails... and barely committed "wanna-be"
entrepreneurs.
